Selecting the Free Trial is the first step in setting up your Highlandstreaming account. It allows you to try our service while we create your account and provide your device login credentials.
Once your Free Trial is activated, renewing is easy!
1. Start Your Free Trial: Select the Free Trial option to receive your device login credentials.
2. Choose Your Plan: When you're ready to continue your service, click the green chat button to request a payment link for a 1-month or 3-month plan.
3. Renew Anytime: All future payments are made through your payment link, not through this website. You can reuse the same link whenever you're ready to renew.
Lost your payment link? No problem! Simply contact us using the green chat button, and our support team will provide it again.
Important: You only need to complete the Free Trial setup once. After that, you can use your payment link for all future renewals.

Once you've completed your Free Trial and your account is established, you can renew your service anytime using your provided payment link (by clicking on the green chat button)

Please allow up to 24 hours for your renewal to be processed and activated.

To avoid any interruption in service, we recommend renewing 1–2 days before your current subscription expires.

Don't worry about losing any remaining days! When you renew, your new subscription period (30 or 90 days) is added to your existing time.

Example: If you have 3 days remaining and purchase a 30-day renewal, you'll have a total of 33 days of service once your renewal is processed.
